How EngineMaxx Works

As with all revolutionary ideas, EngineMaxx is very, very simple.

A basic truth of the diesel engine stands behind EngineMaxx: diesel fuel burns best when it’s dense. The denser the fuel, the more efficient the combustion. Fuel density in the Common Rail Fuel System depends on an idealized mass flow rate, a rate that varies by engine type. “I could feel my response and power come up.”

I put the EngineMaxx on my 2004 C15 Acert several years back and it wasn’t more than a mile down the road I called Kenny Jones back and told him I could feel the response and power come up. In my runs between Joplin, MO and St. Louis, MO I used to constantly be downshifting, now I only have to shift 4 or 5 times the entire trip. I will definitely be putting the EngineMaxx on my next truck.

If a product does what the company says it will do, then I will be very satisfied. With EngineMaxx that was the case. I run a 2004 Cat C15 475 HP (bridge motor). I run all 48 states, and before I put on the EngineMaxx I was averaging 4.8 - 5.2 mpg. I now run between 5.5 - 5.9 mpg. It has done exactly what they said it would. Thank you guys!
