Advanced PPS Industrial Concentrate Additive will dramatically reduce friction for any metal part that requires a lubricant. Advanced PPS Concentrate is proven in engines (gasoline and diesel), transmissions (automatic and standard), differentials and power steering. It reduces vibration and temperature in many types of gearboxes, and especially hydraulic systems.
Advanced PPS Concentrate is compatible with most forms of lubricants, hydraulic fluids, cutting fluids, and other industrial oils. It is also proven in all types of engines and industrial equipment.
APPLICATIONS
- C.N.C. Machines: Gear Boxes, Electric Drive Motors
- Transmissions, Differentials, Hydraulic Systems, Gear Reduction Boxes, Slide Way Oils
- Compatible with most petroleum, vegetable and synthetic oils
- Can be used throughout industry where metal contact is a concern. An excellent addition for any preventative maintenance program
DIRECTIONS
Transmissions:
Manual: Add 30 mL/L
Automatic/Fluid Drive: Over 2 Ton rating - Add 30 mL/L for up to 189 L capacity
(Over 189 L: Add 15 mL/L)
Gear Boxes
Add 60 mL/L
Hydraulic Fluid:
Add 30 mL/L up to 189 L capacity (Over 189 L: Add 15 mL/L)
Cutting Fluids:
Oil based only: Add 60 mL/L (DOES NOT MIX WITH WATER BASED CUTTING FLUIDS OR WATER BASED HYDRAULIC FLUIDS)

PASSENGER VEHICLES and LIGHT TRUCKS and MARINE APPLICATIONS
*Advanced PPS CONCENTRATE directions for use:
ENGINE: Initial Treatment: 240 mL of Advanced PPS Concentrate For maximum benefit use 120 mL in every oil change after the initial treatment.
TRANSMISSION: During each scheduled transmission service - Automatic: A total of 120 mL of Advanced PPS Concentrate. Standard: Concentrate is added at a ratio of 30 mL/L
POWER STEERING: 30 mL of Advanced PPS Concentrate total
DIFFERENTIAL: During each scheduled differential service, Advanced PPS Concentrate is added at the ratio of 30 mL/L of differential fluid
AIR CONDITIONING: 30 mL of Advanced PPS Concentrate total
*INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES (Rated 1 Ton or over) & INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
directions for use:
ENGINE: Over 4.7 L capacity, Concentration is added at a ratio of 60 mL/L with petroleum based oil or synthetic oil. (Every oil change, add an additional 60 mL/L)
TRANSMISSIONS: Automatic: During each scheduled transmission service, 1 Ton to 3 Ton rated vehicles: 120 mL of Concentrate total. 3 Ton rated vehicles and over: Concentrate is added at a ratio of 15 mL/L of transmission fluid. Standard: During each scheduled transmission service, Concentration is added at a ratio of 30 mL/L of transmission fluid.
DIFFERENTIAL: During each scheduled differential service, Concentrate is added at a ratio of 30 mL/L of differential fluid.
POWER STEERING: Advanced PPS Concentrate is added at a ratio of 30 mL/L of power steering fluid.
HYDRAULICS: Concentrate is added at a ratio of 30 mL/L of hydraulic fluid. Most hydraulic systems do not totally change fluid, because so much new fluid is added on a regular basis, therefore, when new fluid is added, the appropriate dosage of Concentrate should be added to the fluid.
AIR CONDITIONING: Concentrate is added at a ratio of 30 mL for every 2.27 kg of refrigerant.
OUTDOOR / MARINE APPLICATIONS
Directions for use:
INBOARD/OUTBOARD MOTORS: Add 60 mL/L of oil (subsequent oil changes - 30 mL/L)
OUTBOARD VRO (Oil injected): Add 60 mL/L
LOWER UNIT AND STERN DRIVE: Add 30 mL/L of oil
* For vehicles subjected to above average operating conditions towing, performance vehicles, fleet vehicles etc.
Add at every oil change at 30 mL/L of oil used
